All or Nothing is a series of quilts referencing “all-or-nothing thinking”, a negative thought process also known as a cognitive distortion. This series of internal self-portraits visualizes my personal experience with anxiety and depression. I designed this series to encourage dialogue and to promote a discussion of mental health that is free from stigma and judgment. Mental health is health. It is part of us, but it does not define us.
